A meeting on the formation of the second cooperative bank in Malaysia has been conducted on the 12th and 13th March 2009. The delegation from Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia was led by Hajjah Cik Hawa, while the Bank Persatuan side was led by Dato' Hj. Mohmed b. Hj. Darus.
